Very good pen for the money, great service; my only suggestion is that it should be very clear what color you are ordering. I ended up ordering 200 garnet(light red) and I thought I was ordering graphite(dark silver).

* the top of the pens has fallen apart several times * the ball piont on several pens is faulty & I had to throw them away. Who knows how of my clients have found the quality of the pens to be poor.

Although I am happy with the pens, I am not pleased with the service. I chose a font and when the 'review' was e-mailed to me, I sent back that the font was wrong. When I got the pens, the font was still wrong. The cases were a waste of money and I am not thrilled with the excessive shipping and handling charge. 100 pens that should cost me $109 ended up being over $200 but I'm sure you are aware of that.

The pens have been well received by our members.However, I was under the impression that we were purchasing from Canada; and was disappointed to learn that the product was from the states. We try to always buy Canadian.
