We initially ordered the green colored pen, but upon closer review, found it to be too feminine for our needs. I called right away and they were able to change the color without any issues, or charges, as some companies would charge. We received the product in a timely fashion as promised and are pleased with the appearance of our information. We would recommend this product.

I rec'd two free samples of this pen, a green and a blue pen. Very comfortable to write with, the black grip is easy on the fingers.
