Product is okay - customer service was not.

Within 2 hours my Grandson had the chain between the key ring and flashlight broken. Seemed like those links are not welded together. Definitely a weak link from keys to flashlight. I was so happy with the customer service when I got of the phone after making my order. Several days later everything was totally screwed up. I was not a happy camper and then it took longer for me to get my product.

These look nice and the order came promptly. However, there is about one in 6 that does not work and the batteries are not replaceable.
