Very pleased with the service during the ordering stage. Amsterdam was able to answer my questions promptly - either through the online chat feature, or by telephone and email. Everyone was very helpful which made the process a breeze. Offered the pens to some customers who were very impressed with the appearance. They also stated that the pen wrote smoothly and that they may also order some for their business. The order was received quickly and I have no doubt that we will order more for our soccer league when the time comes.

This was impressive! the quality lived up to expectations for a pretty reasonable cost pen with advertising imprinted on it. It was impressive because the printing appears to be long lasting. Time will tell but that is why I bought the product. Nothing worse than a pen with the advertising half worn off - looks cheap and ruins the message over time. Very impressed with my first order
