I recently ordered 250 of these pens for a promotional mailout. I was very impressed with the finish and quality of the pens! The text was also clear and sharp. Customer service deserves a special mention: I put the wrong phone number on the pens when I ordered them. I noticed this when Amsterdam confirmed the order and they were very accomodating about changing the text.
