Winchell Pen

All pens where ordered purple. I found that the color wasn't consistent. Some where darker than others.

I received in the mail an unsolicited sample of a pen to mark twenty years in business. I found the pen to be of high quality with a subdued but attractive engraving of the details, so I ordered 50 pens on-line, which were delivered within one week. Unfortunately the engraver had mis-spelled my name by one letter so the consignment was unacceptable, but on informing Amsterdam Canada of the error, the whole order was re-engraved, this time with the correct spelling, at no extra charge. I was also informed that I could keep the first shipment as there was no need to return them. I now have fifty extra pens for my own use, not to give away, which will keep me in pens forever! Amsterdam Canada has demonstrated to me that they live up to their guarantee of full satisfaction, and I would certainly use their services again for publicity material.
