Contact

When will I be contacted?

You should be contacted within one business day of placing your order. Our business days are Monday to Friday.

How long will it take to be contacted?

If an order is placed during regular business hours, we will try to contact you that same day. However, if an order is placed later in the day, we may not be able to contact you until the next business day.

Am I going to be contacted by a real person?

Yes!

How will I be contacted? By Phone or Email?

We will contact you by phone first and typically leave a voicemail if you aren’t available to answer. We will also contact you via email if we have to leave a voicemail.

Do I need to be available when the design team calls me?

Our phone lines are open from 8 AM to 8 PM EST. If you miss our first call, you are always welcome to call us back during our regular hours of operation.

What if I miss the phone call or email?

We will try again in a day or two, calling first and sending a follow-up email.

How does the design team know which email or phone number to contact me on?

We will leave a voicemail with the callback number, and you can also reply to the email we send.

How will I identify the phone number or email to look out for?

Our calls should be identified as either Taylor Promotional Products or Amsterdam Products on your caller ID. Emails may come from the domain of AmsterdamProducts.ca or Taylor.com.

Design Process

How many rounds of revisions do I get with the designer? Is there unlimited editing?

Most designs are finalized in five revisions or less.

What if I end up not liking my design?

We can help revise the design until we find something that you are pleased with and that works well on the selected product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to one of our team members at The Goods Place. Simply call us at 1.800.267.9200 or email us, and we will work with you to find a solution.

If the design expert suggests a new color for the product, do I have to cancel the order and redo it?

We can make changes to the product colors for you. Switching to a new product may require a new order, but our Customer Service team can also take care of that for you.

You can rest assured that while your card is pre-authorized for the tentative amount of your order, it is not settled until you approve your design and the order ships.
