Yes, the pens are BIC. Yes, they shipped fast but they come from the US. This is not a Canadian company. The pens do not match the proof. The imprint is in a completely different area of the pen and it looks ridiculous. The pens are loosely thrown in a box for shipping with no protection.

The pens are very nice. I selected the wrong color of gold in my setup, though, I meant to select the Metallic gold. it would be nice if there was a display of the imprint colors in the dropdown list. Otherwise, the service was good, product works well, and it was expedient. Way better than our last batch of corporate pens from another supplier...had to throw out the case because they just wouldn't write.
