Wedding gifts

by Christine from Ogden, QC | 10-16-2020

I purchased 100 pens with my husband and my name and the date of our wedding to give as thank you gifts. They were perfect, shipping was fast and I had many compliments on them. Very happy with my purchase.

Delane pen

by Brian Crittenden from Regina Saskatchewan Canada | 12-26-2015

I love this pen. It writes very smooth and my clients like this pen. I give them out to my clients with my business card. They love it. They may throw out my card but they hold onto my pen. It reminds them of me every time they use it

Very good product

Would not buy again

by Anonymous Reviewer | 06-08-2012

I have found that these pens have been blowing apart on their own, while sitting in meetings having the spring fly out of the writing end of the pen across the table with the ink to follow. These pens look nice but are cheaply made; I will not be buying these again. If you purchase these make sure to always be checking them to make sure the tip is screwed on tight.

We Value Your Feedback — We would like to first apologize for this issue and to make everyone aware that we do pay attention to our customer's feedback. We stand 100% behind our products but stand behind our customers opinion first. Please contact us so we can resolve.

Not so great.

by Classy Limousine Service from Tilley | 06-07-2012

This pen looks very nice. I like how it writes. I find this pen very hard to hold on to, however. It seems they are top-heavy and wants to 'tip' out of my hand. Since there are no runner, indents etc where your fingers are....the pen slips through my fingers. I would NOT order this pen. Just choose another pen to order.

We Value Your Feedback — We understand how disappointing it can be when your expectations are not met and apologize sincerely. We also offer the Delane Comfort Grip Pen 83418 which has a comfort in-lay grip. Please contact us at 1-800-267-9200 and any one of our customer service agents will be more than happy to assist you if you would like to request a sample. Thank you very much for your feedback!!

Have been ordering these pens for a few years now ... they are always popular and in demand. Good quality, nice colours, feel solid. The ordering process is always efficient and the account rep is very personable.
