The product is fine.........however,this is the second time in a row that we have been shorted a significant amount of our order. The packing slip and number on the package indicated that everything was included. Had we not counted the orders upon arrival we would not have known. This time we were shorted 17 of the 51 pins that we ordered. Last time was similar. This is unacceptable! The remainder of the order was shipped promptly, but we should not have to question the deal with this.
