How do you sell mugs to a business that are not dishwasher safe?

I am shocked that the mugs that arrived looking perfect went so faded in two washes. When I emailed them a picture I was told they were not dishwasher safe. In a corporation how many people stand around and HAND WASH their mugs. Very disappointed in the reply I got back and in the product.

The mugs I ordered are very nice but the color was deceiving when ordering. Cobalt blue is what I ordered but they are more of a purple color. That was the only issue I had. The service I received was great and they offered to give us a %age off of the mugs.
